Wyandotte Winery Columbus Ohio History
This facility was built in 1976 and at that time was known as “Wyandotte Wine Cellar”. It was an all brick, ranch style winery and home combination which was constructed by Amish builders from Wayne County.
In 1984 it was sold and then again in 2006. At that time Robin and Valerie Coolidge purchased the facility and became the new owners.
The facility is actually in the basement of their home and at the time was only a winery. In 2009, the Coolidge’s planted the first vines of which they’re very excited about!

Open Tasting Hours
Tuesday – Saturday from 1-7 PM
Join us for an educational and entertaining wine tasting. Navigate your way through Columbus with our original watercolor labels depicting popular Columbus landmarks (created by local artist Bonnie Weir.) Tastings are $5 for 6 different 1 oz samples of wine or try them all with our grand tasting for $10. We offer an assortment of small plates to compliment our wines. Reservations are not required except for groups of 6 or more. Come taste the fun!
Winery Tours

Wyandotte Wednesdays – Hump Day Happy Hour

Looking for the happiest hour out there? Look no further! We think that making it through the Wednesday work day is reason enough to celebrate! Come join us for $1 off wine by the glass, or warm mulled wine in winter to take the chill off and assorted wine slushies when it’s hot…we also have an assortment of complimentary hors d’oeuvres for your enjoyment. Euchre and Game Night

Whacked at the Winery – Murder Mystery Dinner

At Wyandotte we make the wine, but we don’t solve the mysteries. That is YOUR job! Once again, someone has been Whacked at the Winery, and the culprit is right here among us. Join us for an evening of fun, food, music, and mayhem. Dinner includes Carfagna’s homemade Italian chicken sausage with peppers and onions, whole grain penne pasta in a basil marinara sauce, Cesar Salad, garlic bread and of course our famous gourmet wine cakes for dessert! Summer Sizzlers Series – Patio Cookouts

The Wine Shop and Tasting Room
You’ll find their excellent wines on display when you visit and you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy wine tasting. If you’re not experienced with wine tasting, Robin and Valerie will assist you and no doubt you’ll enjoy the experience.
They’re also well known for their scrumptious cakes which include Chocolate Port Cake, Venetian Wine Cake, and Blackberry Wine Cake. The price is a steal for these delicious cakes!
