Columbus Food Adventures

Columbus Food AdventuresWe do have some unique Columbus Ohio Tours, one of those being Columbus Food Adventures!

Food?… You got it!

Bethia Woolf, a well known food blogger in Columbus, provides a variety of tours. She’ll take you exploring local cuisine in different areas as well as even exploring the “taco trucks”!

I’m very impressed with the standard tours available as well as the private tours that you can arrange for your group.

Some of the tours include:

The Alt Eats Food
A great day out exploring etnic foods that will leave you feeling as though you were on a world vacation. You’ll sample Somali and Persian cuisine, Mexican bakeries and more!

Short North Food Tour
Many excellent local places in the Short North to explore and you’ll enjoy this in “walking tour” style. Included on this tour is one of my absolute favorites, the North Market and for dessert the awesome ice cream at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams.

All Dessert Food Tour
Of course this will get your attention! You’ll be chauffeured “van style” to some fantastic “dessert” specialty locations.

Taco Trucks
Okay I like tacos but a tour of taco trucks? You will find a lot more than tacos being served as you get into some “real” Mexican cuisine. Sample drink and food from several of these taco trucks!

Private Tours
If you’re hosting a get together for friends and/or family, you can arrange a special private tour which can include anything from a German Village Food and Walking Tour to a progressive dinner!

An absolute bonus with the tours the information you’ll receive. You’ll get insight to the history, architecture, culture and more of the area you tour.

Whether you’re visiting Columbus or a current resident, there is something for everyone with the Columbus Food Adventures!

We have now added a German Village tour that runs every Saturday March-December. It is a walking tour that visits 6 different restaurants and includes a lot of history and architecture. German Village is a beautiful historic neighborhood that also includes some of the best restaurants in Columbus. More information is available here:
